OSJCT Seymour House

OSJCT Seymour House is a care home providing support to older people, including those living with dementia. The CQC found the service performing well, following an assessment prompted by concerns about care. Staff carried out thorough assessments, kept people well fed and monitored, and worked closely with other agencies to support smooth transitions and good health outcomes.

Inspectors found people were treated with kindness, dignity and respect, and were involved in decisions about their own care. Residents described feeling safe, well supported and able to raise concerns confidently. Leaders were visible and supportive, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement among staff.
