Ordinary Life Project Association - 18 Boundary Road

This small care home supports three people with learning disabilities. Residents reported feeling safe, and staff have received safeguarding training to identify and report abuse. Care plans are person-centred with residents involved in reviewing their records. Individual risk assessments are in place with action plans to help people take positive risks while minimising potential harm. The home maintains consistent staffing, with one member of staff on duty at all times and additional support rostered three times weekly to help residents develop independent living skills. Medicines are managed safely.
