Fallowfield

Fallowfield, in Bromley, provides residential and nursing care for up to 25 people, some living with dementia or in poor physical health. At the time of the assessment, 23 people were living at the home, which is rated Good overall. Previous breaches relating to safe care and medicines management had been resolved, with the CQC finding no further concerns in these areas.

Inspectors found people were treated with kindness, dignity and respect, and there were enough staff to meet their needs promptly. Care was well organised and delivered in line with best practice, with regular review of people's preferences. People and relatives spoke highly of the staff and the registered manager, describing the service as well led and approachable.
