Farway Grange Care Home (Nursing)

Farway Grange Care Home (Nursing) provides residential and nursing care for up to 35 people, across two buildings on the same road. At the time of the assessment, 24 people were living there. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding a stable, experienced staff team, thorough recruitment checks, and up to date, personalised care plans and risk assessments.

Inspectors found staff understood safeguarding procedures and trusted the registered manager to handle concerns properly. People and relatives spoke warmly of the care, feeling included in decisions and treated with dignity and kindness. The registered manager was described as proactive and committed to person-centred care.
