Residents spoke positively about their experience, describing it as their home and praising the staff. One resident commented, "this is my home now and I am very happy," while others noted that "the staff are lovely."

The home's design and decoration did not always align with best practice guidance for supporting people with dementia, though plans were in place to redecorate these areas.
