Avon Cliff

Avon Cliff provides nursing and personal care to up to 52 older adults in a residential setting. At inspection, 46 people were living there. Residents feel safe and confident in the staff, who are trained to recognise abuse and report concerns appropriately. Staff know people well, regularly assess and monitor their individual risks, and take action to minimise potential harm.

The home manages medicines safely and follows best practice infection control procedures. The service maintains adequate staffing levels with safe recruitment practices in place. Both residents and staff describe the home as well-led, friendly and open, speaking positively about their experiences there.
