Belle Vue Country House

Belle Vue Country House is a country house accommodating up to 41 people and specialising in care for those living with dementia and mental health conditions. The home spans two floors with three communal lounges, dining areas, and large surrounding gardens. During inspection, 30 people were living at the home.

Safety risks had been assessed and mitigated appropriately. People and their relatives reported feeling safe and were happy with the care they received. Staff understood how to identify and report potential harm, and people were safeguarded from situations where they might experience harm. Registered nurses administered medicines safely. While care plans detailed people's health needs, they did not always reflect the personalised care being delivered in practice.
