East Court

East Court provides residential care to 17 people with learning disabilities and autistic people across three settings: a main house, garden house, and self-contained flat. Staff support residents to pursue their interests and maintain choice and control over their daily lives, working in the least restrictive way possible. The service demonstrates person-centred care practices, with policies and systems in place to support this approach. While the service size exceeds what is typically considered ideal for delivering fully person-centred support, inspectors found that residents received individualised care aligned with their needs and preferences.
