The Grange

The service accommodates up to 25 people with learning disabilities and/or autism, some of whom also have mental health conditions. Residents live across four separate schemes—The Grange, The Courtyard, Priddy Farmhouse, and Meadowlands—each with individual apartments featuring en-suite facilities. Communal areas are available throughout the services, and The Grange includes a separate group kitchen. All schemes are located on a working farm site where residents can participate in day centre activities and farm work.

The service provides accommodation and support that promotes choice, dignity, and independence for residents. People have opportunities to engage with their local communities and participate in meaningful activities on the farm site.
