Dimensions Somerset Jasmine

Dimensions Somerset Jasmine provides care and accommodation for up to seven people with learning disabilities and complex health needs. The service is operated by Dimensions Somerset Sev Limited, a national not-for-profit organisation supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. Six people were living in the home at the time of inspection.

The service has a registered manager in post responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
