Fletcher House

Fletcher House accommodates up to 57 older people and those living with dementia across two units. The Avalon suite cares for up to 15 people with dementia, while Pen Hill provides personal care for 42 older people. At inspection, 53 people were living at the home.

Staff demonstrated genuine care and treated residents with dignity and respect. They understood each person's individual needs and supported them as individuals rather than simply cases. Relatives and healthcare professionals provided consistently positive feedback about the quality of care provided.
