Fletcher House

Fletcher House is a care home providing personal care for up to 57 older people, including those living with dementia, across two units. The CQC rated the service good overall, unchanged from the previous inspection, having looked closely at safeguarding, staffing, infection control and medicines.

Inspectors found people felt safe and well cared for, describing staff as kind and the manager as approachable and hands-on. Some residents and relatives raised concerns about staffing levels and slow call bell response times, particularly in the evening, though this did not affect the overall good rating.
