Crandon Springs Care Home

Crandon Springs Care Home accommodates up to 63 people across two floors in four distinct areas, providing personal care to older people, younger adults, and those living with dementia. At inspection, 43 people were using the service. People, their relatives, and staff confirmed residents felt safe, with health and safety checks in place throughout the home. However, medicines management required improvements, and care plans varied in quality across the service. The home had begun considering people's end of life wishes and the manager was developing these further, with systems established to monitor care standards.
