Inspectors identified concerns about medicine administration. Eye drops were left on top of the trolley, and staff did not maintain hand hygiene between administering medicines to different people. One person who received medicine mixed into their dessert was not supervised to ensure they took all their medication.
Some areas of the home were not cleaned or maintained to a good standard. A safeguarding referral was made regarding a person living at the home.
