Medicines were given as prescribed, though documentation was not always accurate, an issue the registered manager acted on promptly.

People and relatives described the home as welcoming, safe and supportive, praising staff kindness and the structured routines that aided recovery. The registered manager was well regarded, and governance systems, including provider oversight, were found to be operating effectively. The CQC rated Coastal Lodge Good overall.
