Inspectors found incidents were reported promptly, risks were managed well, staffing levels and training were sufficient, and medicines were handled safely.

Family members and residents spoke highly of the care, describing staff as kind, attentive and knowledgeable, with good activities on offer. Minor issues with the upstairs dining environment were identified but were addressed by the provider before the assessment concluded.
