Charlton Grange Care Home

Charlton Grange Care Home accommodates up to 62 older people, including those living with dementia, across two storeys in a purpose-built setting. At the time of inspection, 57 residents were living there.

The home maintained strong staff retention throughout the pandemic with no reliance on agency workers, ensuring people received consistent care from familiar staff members. This approach also reduced the risk of COVID-19 transmission from staff working across multiple services. During periods when residents needed to self-isolate, staff took active steps to prevent social isolation, supporting their wellbeing during restricted movement.
