About Bridge View
Bridge View provides accommodation and nursing care for up to 61 people, with 53 residents living there at the time of inspection. Residents felt safe and described staff as kind and compassionate. The home completed safety monitoring including fire safety checks, and properly recorded and reported all accidents and incidents.
Medicines were managed safely, though there were some minor paperwork issues being addressed. The registered manager and provider were working to improve quality monitoring and governance procedures at the home.
