The Willows

The Willows provides residential care and support for older people, including those living with dementia or at risk of isolation. The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding staff caring, well trained and knowledgeable about people's needs, with strong links to health and social care professionals. Residents said they felt safe, respected and encouraged to remain independent.

Inspectors noted some staff deployment issues meant support wasn't always timely, and supervision arrangements needed formalising. The registered manager responded promptly to improve staffing and acknowledged activities provision could develop further. Feedback from people and relatives was actively sought and used to shape improvements.
