The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding a previous breach relating to medicines governance had been resolved, with risks well assessed and detailed, person-centred care records in place.

Inspectors found people and relatives were positive about care, describing a calm, kind and safe environment where staff respected choices and involved people in decisions. However, staff were sometimes too busy to provide timely care or engagement, and further improvements to medicines audits and governance frequency were needed.
