South Quay Care Home

South Quay is a purpose-built care home accommodating up to 58 people across two wings. One wing provides nursing and personal care for older people, while the other supports those with neurological conditions. At the time of inspection, 45 people were using the service.

People and their relatives spoke positively about staff and how they helped keep them safe. Risks to people's health and safety were regularly assessed and monitored. The provider had safeguarding systems, policies and procedures in place, which staff understood and implemented.
