South Quay Care Home offers nursing and personal care for up to 58 people across two wings, one for older people and one for those with neurological conditions. The CQC inspected after receiving concerns about care standards, but found no evidence to support them, rating the service Good overall.

Inspectors found people received safe, timely care from staff who knew them well, with risks properly assessed and enough staff on duty. Leadership was clear and responsive to feedback. People and relatives felt safe, well supported and happy with the care provided.
