Brailsford House is a residential care home providing support to older people, including those living with dementia. The CQC rated the service Requires Improvement overall, finding breaches relating to safeguarding, safe care and treatment, and governance. Some safety incidents were not reported to safeguarding teams, care plans lacked clear guidance, staffing levels were not always sufficient, and the building needed maintenance, though improvements were under way.
