The home maintained a regular testing programme for both staff and residents to enable swift action if positive cases were identified. Staff followed proper procedures for using and disposing of personal protective equipment in line with government guidelines. Residents confirmed that staff had effectively supported them to stay connected with their families during the pandemic.
