Rose Farm

This residential care home provides personal and nursing care to up to 54 people aged 18 and over across three adapted units, including one in a separate building for those living more independently. Some residents are living with dementia. People feel safe at the home, with staff understanding the importance of maintaining their safety and appropriately monitoring and managing risks. Residents' needs are assessed and met by trained staff who recruit carefully and support people to have maximum choice and control over their lives in the least restrictive way possible.

Residents speak very positively about their meals, with their nutrition and hydration needs being met well. Staff treat people with care, kindness and dignity, and residents speak highly of the support they receive. The home supports people to access healthcare as required and has policies and systems in place to ensure staff support residents in their best interests.
