Meadow View provides residential care and personal care to 80 people in a rural location that offers access to the countryside, shops and community services. The home protects people from harm through robust safeguarding processes, with staff ensuring person-centred care and support. People are supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff using the least restrictive approaches possible and acting in their best interests.

Care at the home is person-centred and promotes dignity, privacy and human rights. Staff support people to lead active lifestyles of their choosing and promote education and learning. Communication needs are assessed and people's wellbeing is prioritised throughout the service.
