Ashton Court Residential Home

Ashton Court Residential Home provides personal care for up to 24 people, some living with dementia. Following a previous inadequate rating and enforcement action over person centred care, safety, safeguarding and governance, the CQC found the provider had worked closely with external professionals and made significant improvements. The service is now rated Good overall.

Inspectors found risks were well managed, medicines administered safely, and the environment much improved. Staff were kind, knew people well, and delivered person-centred care with input from people and relatives. Leadership was clear and consistent, and people and relatives spoke positively about care, food, activities and feeling able to raise concerns.
