Levitt Mill

Levitt Mill provides personal care and support for up to 11 people with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorder across two adapted buildings, The Barn and The Mill, which feature en-suite bedrooms, communal spaces and a garden. At inspection, 10 people were living there.

The registered manager demonstrated strong knowledge of infection control responsibilities with effective systems in place. The service was clean and well-ventilated. Staff and residents received regular COVID-19 testing and vaccinations in line with government guidance. The home supported visits from relatives while following best practice to prevent virus transmission, with clear information displayed for visitors.

People continued to access healthcare support, including visits from the GP practice nurse.
