Residents felt safe and well cared for, with the provider maintaining effective systems to manage risks and keep people protected.

Staff demonstrated good understanding of residents' needs and how to support them appropriately.

Adequate staffing levels were in place to meet residents' requirements. New staff underwent thorough background checks before employment and received comprehensive induction training. People received support to take prescribed medicines as needed.
