Little Manor Care Centre

Little Manor provides personal and nursing care for up to 30 people, focusing on short-term rehabilitation support for those being discharged from hospital. The service works in partnership with a local organisation to develop therapeutic plans that help people regain independence and skills before returning home or moving to long-term care. At the time of inspection, 25 people were using the service.

However, inspectors found that people were not always supported safely. Health and safety audits were not completed in line with the provider's policies, meaning there was inadequate oversight of health and safety requirements across the home.
