Braemar Lodge

Braemar Lodge provides personal and nursing care for up to 54 people aged 65 and over, with 41 residents at the time of inspection. The home had implemented visiting restrictions that differed from current Government guidance, including time limits and exclusions for unvaccinated visitors and those under 18. However, residents and relatives reported the policy had not negatively impacted them, and they were able to maintain regular contact with friends and family. Staff worked with inspectors to review and adjust visiting arrangements following the inspection.
