The home smells fresh and is well-maintained. Visiting is planned and booked to ensure the visiting room remains clean and available. Staff expressed confidence in the registered manager's willingness to address any concerns raised, and inspection found no evidence to substantiate previous concerns about food hygiene or food storage practices.
