Beechwood House

Beechwood House is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to 32 residents, with capacity for up to 37 people including those living with dementia. The accommodation spans three floors with lift access, and includes a communal lounge, dining area, and large garden.

The service has promoted the essential care giver (ECG) role, allowing residents to designate someone who can visit more frequently under the same testing arrangements as staff. During a COVID-19 outbreak at the home, staff continued to support ECG visits, demonstrating commitment to maintaining residents' connections with their chosen visitors.
