Bali Hai Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 12 people with mental health needs. At inspection, eight people were using the service. Safe recruitment checks were in place for staff, though minor improvements were needed to recruitment files.
Medicine procedures were safe, but formal medicine audits were not being completed regularly. The home received positive feedback from relatives, with one saying, "We're happy with the care. We're blessed.
