Westminster House Residential Care Limited

Westminster House is a small care home without nursing, providing personal care for up to 12 older people who may need support with their mental health or are living with dementia. The CQC found the service had improved significantly, with enough trained staff, safe recruitment practices, and stronger governance systems to monitor care and review feedback.

Inspectors found people living there were happy, with attentive staff and good relationships evident throughout. One relative described the staff as unbelievable and said the care could not be faulted. Having previously been in special measures, the home is no longer rated inadequate in any area and has moved out of special measures entirely.
