Westminster House Residential Care Limited

Westminster House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 12 adults living with dementia and mental health diagnoses. At inspection, the service was at full capacity with 12 residents.

The delivery of care presented significant safety concerns. Risk assessments lacked sufficient detail about how identified risks should be mitigated, and arrangements for the safe use of medicines were not adequate. Staff deployment did not consistently meet people's care and support needs, and the provider's recruitment practices required improvement.
