Sands Lodge

Sands Lodge provides personal care for up to eighteen people with mental health issues in a residential setting spread across three levels with large gardens. At inspection, the home was at full capacity with eighteen residents.

Residents spoke positively about their experience. One person described the staff as "marvellous," while another praised the manager as "the best, very good." Care was planned and delivered to ensure people's safety and welfare. Staff had undergone appropriate recruitment checks and received relevant training. Systems were in place to support the safe delivery of care.
