About Lighthouse
Lighthouse provides accommodation and personal care for up to 14 people living with learning disabilities and complex behavioural needs. At the time of inspection, 13 people were using the service. The home has a registered manager in post overseeing care delivery.
Inspectors found the service had made continual improvements since the previous rating of good in November 2015. The home demonstrated outstanding practice across all areas reviewed, reflecting a sustained commitment to quality care and support for its residents.
