Branksome Heights

Branksome Heights is a purpose-designed care home providing accommodation, nursing and personal care for up to 47 older people, including those living with dementia. The CQC rated the home Good overall, having looked closely at safety, caring practice and leadership.

Inspectors found people felt safe and well cared for, supported by staff who knew them well and had the right skills. There were enough staff to meet needs promptly, and people and relatives said they were fully involved in planning and reviewing care. Feedback about staff's caring approach was consistently positive.
