All staff have completed safeguarding training. The management team acknowledged areas for development, particularly in care documentation. The nominated individual identified that records needed a more person-centred approach specific to individual residents, as current documentation was generic. Better documentation would ensure new and agency staff can provide consistent, safe care that reflects the quality of support residents actually receive.
