Ashley House - Langport

Ashley House in Langport provides residential care and personal support to up to 25 people aged 65 and over. At the time of inspection, 19 people were using the service. The home has undergone recent management changes, including a new registered manager, operations manager, and nominated individual. New systems and processes have been introduced to monitor the service, though these remain in early stages of implementation and have yet to fully identify and address shortfalls consistently. The service continues to work on embedding these new processes into daily practice to sustain ongoing improvements.
