Branch House

Branch House provides accommodation and care for up to four people. At the time of inspection, the service was at full capacity with an annexed building adapted to meet one person's specific needs. The home maintained a clean, well-equipped environment designed to support residents' sensory and physical requirements. Staff supported people to make choices and maintain control over their own lives, with policies and systems in place to promote independence. Communication with residents was tailored to individual needs, enabling them to participate in decisions about their care. However, some environmental risks required attention, which inspectors addressed during the inspection visit.
