Ashleigh House

Ashleigh House is a small home providing care for up to seven people with a learning disability and autistic people. Inspectors found the service performing well overall, with enough skilled staff, person-centred care plans, and consent respected throughout. Health and wellbeing outcomes were described as excellent, with strong partnership working with other professionals reflected in improved outcomes for people living there.

Staff were found to be kind, respectful and attentive, supporting people's independence and choices in a relaxed, happy atmosphere. The registered manager was open and approachable, leading by example, and quality monitoring processes supported ongoing improvement. Relatives felt staff went beyond their role to help maintain family contact.
