Argentum Lodge

Argentum Lodge provides accommodation, nursing and personal care across three floors for up to 56 people, including those living with dementia, physical disabilities and sensory impairments. The CQC rated the home good overall, with an outstanding rating for how caring staff were. Inspectors found person-centred care plans, prompt responses to changing health needs, and enough skilled staff who treated people with warmth and dignity.

The service had an open, positive culture, with an approachable management team and effective quality assurance systems. Families and residents spoke highly of staff and the homely atmosphere, describing warm, professional support and a genuine sense of belonging. No significant shortfalls were identified.
