Norewood Lodge Care Home

Norewood provides personal and nursing care to older people, accommodating up to 44 residents across three floors. At inspection, 40 people were being supported at the home.

Residents were positive about their experiences, describing good relationships with staff who treated them with dignity and respect. People felt involved in decisions about their care and felt safe living at the home. Risk assessments were in place to guide staff in providing safe support, and staff had received safeguarding training and understood how to report concerns appropriately.
