Elm View Care Home

Elm View Care Home is a purpose built home providing nursing, respite, convalescent and palliative care for older people, supporting 37 people at the time of assessment. The CQC rated the service Good overall. This followed an earlier finding of a breach in good governance, and inspectors confirmed the provider had since become compliant with the regulations.

People and relatives described staff as caring and said they felt safe and well looked after, with positive feedback and compliments recorded by the service. Some relatives raised concerns about call bell wait times, which could be frustrating, but overall the home was found to be well managed and responsive to people's needs.
