Wyndham House Care

The service accommodates up to 44 people in one adapted building, with 38 residents at the time of inspection. Staff understand the risks to people and implement measures to keep them safe, with systems in place for managing medicines safely and reducing infection spread. Sufficient staffing numbers meet residents' needs, and staff receive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for their roles and to support the specific needs of people using the service.

Staff are passionate about providing good-quality care. The service maintains robust systems to monitor the quality of care being delivered, with complaints and concerns investigated and complainants responded to. A manager is currently leading the service in the absence of a registered manager.
