Woodlands

Woodlands is a residential care home accommodating 37 people across a purpose-built two-storey building with lift access near King's Lynn. The home features a ground floor unit specialising in dementia care, extensive communal areas, accessible grounds and an internal courtyard, with capacity for up to 41 residents.

People using the service and their relatives were highly complimentary about the care and life at Woodlands, with all those spoken to feeling safe and recommending the service. Staff demonstrated awareness of safeguarding procedures and the provider maintained robust recruitment practices with sufficient staffing levels. Risk assessment and mitigation systems were in place, and the provider thoroughly reviewed incidents to ensure lessons were learnt.
