Consent had not always been properly obtained, medicines were not always safely managed, and systems for monitoring risk and learning from incidents were not always effective.

Inspectors found staff were kind and caring, and people were supported to take part in community activities and worked well with healthcare professionals. Feedback from relatives on communication was mixed, though most felt their family members were happy and safe. The provider responded to concerns raised and has developed an action plan for further improvement.
