Woodside View provides nursing care for up to 26 people, including those with dementia, physical and mental health needs. At inspection, 15 people were living at the home. Staff followed current government COVID-19 guidelines to reduce infection risk, implementing comprehensive checks for all visitors on arrival.

The team had received regular training in infection prevention and control, including specific instruction on personal protective equipment use. The frequency of this training had increased in response to the pandemic.
