Hayes Court

Hayes Court accommodates up to 56 elderly people, with 52 residents at the time of inspection. Twelve people were using the service on a short-term basis for reablement following hospital discharge. The home provides accommodation and personal care as a single package for its residents.

During the unannounced inspection, inspectors examined both the premises and the care provided. The service had previously been rated "Requires Improvement" following a December 2016 inspection, when breaches of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 were identified.
