Coppice Lea

This residential home provides personal and nursing care for up to 53 people across four wings within one adapted building. At inspection, 41 people were living at the service.

Residents described staff as kind and caring, and felt there was sufficient entertainment and activities to keep them occupied. However, inspectors found that people who remained in their rooms may not always receive adequate social stimulation, and made a recommendation to address this gap.

Staff used detailed care plans to understand and deliver the care people required.
