Staff and the registered manager have continued driving improvements, promoting exceptionally positive outcomes for people. Interactions between staff and residents demonstrated genuine engagement and care. The service has maintained its commitment to enhancing people's experiences and wellbeing through consistent, thoughtful support tailored to individual needs.
