About Hillbrow

Hillbrow is a residential care home in Kent, providing care and accommodation for people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or dementia. Details of the CQC's most recent findings are set out below.

Hillbrow provides care and accommodation for nine people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or dementia. The service operates across two adapted buildings on the same site: a three-storey building housing six people and a separate bungalow for three others. People living at the service receive planned, person-centred support that encourages independence and meaningful community involvement.

Staff are kind and compassionate, providing consistent support that helps people reduce anxieties and build their independence. Residents are happy living at the home and benefit from an environment designed to enable them to live as full a life as possible with control, choice, and autonomy.
