St. Michaels

St. Michaels provides personal and nursing care to five people with autism and learning disabilities in a specialist residential setting designed for those with anxious or emotional behaviour. The service comprises four flats and a purpose-built bungalow with an enclosed garden, each person having their own living space. Staff are organised flexibly around individual needs, with consistent teams providing support.

People living at the service reported feeling happy and safe. Staffing levels were sufficient to meet people's needs and maintain safety, with the registered manager regularly reviewing and adjusting arrangements to ensure they matched residents' requirements.
